Default Contact Settings

I thought it was changed a while ago (when everyone was complaining about so many e-mails) to default to getting blasts from Groups managers only even then members could go in and change it to get blasts from everyone. I just discovered that was not the case by joining a new group today (the Word of Mouth group). It defaulted me to allowing blasts from all and I had to go in and change it to only allow blasts from the manager. I think this is especially important for hte groups like City Biz List and Word of Mouth where anyone at all can join... no one is monitoring who they are if they are business people that will be respectful of our inboxes.

I know it would make my members much happier and more likely to join if the default were to manager only. Now I know why I had so many people quit right after they joined... if hte default was to get blasts from all, they were bombarded so I can see why they asked me to remove them.

Please consider changing it back.
