Hello,
I would like to have this option for subscription for comments under Blog Post via e-mail.
The same like in discussions. The author receives comments automatically. And the rest to have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe.

This is a very good idea! Personally, I think we should add this capability right away as it is quick to build, improves group engagement, and does not require the system to store any "large" amounts of information to accomplish it.
I'll discuss this with the rest of the team about how we could include this type of feature from a user interface point of view.
