Queue and dispatch for content

Accept external content via email or tools, ingest, queue, and route to community tool or area.

EXAMPLE:
I see an article I want to share with my group.
I email it via some tool to myuser:mypasswd@content-queue.mycommunity.collectivex.com
When I log in to my community I see a list of content in the queue. I select the content I want and route it to either: A placeholder on a custom tab, a discussion, a group email blast etc.
