Discussion topics -- mark as inappropriate

I'd love to see a button added to the bottom of each discussion posting for "mark as inappropriate" that would then send the manager a message from members alerting the manager to postings the members felt were inappropriate. Because we have an open group, sometimes vendors or "nut jobs" have joined and started posting inappropriate messages, which the managers don't see unless we happen to stumble across them.
