Managing rights for members...

Hi, We have got around 8 managers for our community site - http://nasscom-emerge.collectivex.com.

I would  like to restrict the manager rights by only providing access to the discussion board. I donot want them to download the database...they can download the database of all users in excel..?

Is there something which can be done to prevent it.?
