Sitewide DNS issue Resolved

Yesterday we experienced issues with one of our DNS providers causing some users to temporarily lose access to their sites. Affected groups may have experienced intermittent downtime beginning midday yesterday (Wed, May 3). The issue was resolved earlier today (around 5AM, PST) and most customer groups should be fully functioning and back to normal.


While the vast majority of sites are up and running, some customers using SSL, Custom Domain Name or SSO features may still be affected while our changes propagate out. Please contact support@groupsite.com if you have any further issues and we will respond as quickly as possible.
