: "How do I assist member who reports that when they went to edit their own reply, the edit reply window was blank--didn't show the reply content they wanted to edit?
Note: They had no choice but to do a time consuming workaround: copy their posted reply's content>then past it into a new reply>then edit it before posting>posting new reply>then d.."

Bulk downloading from file cabinet
