Content Edit on File Cabinet page not working

Don't think this is something I've done, I have tested on FireFox and Chrome.
I am trying to change the text at the top of the File Cabinet page. When I click Edit, I see the editor window with it seems both "Basic Editor" and "Textile" selected. The content is the raw HTML. Clicking other tab options, or "advanced", does nothing..."

CREATIVE USE OF FILE CABINET

custom domain status - not available

I had problems with my billing information and my custom domain service has stopped. I updated the billing information, but my custom domain is still not working and I don't know why.
