Unable to edit "Title" Bar in Sidebar Modules

"Freeform Text "issues
: "Can NOT paste anything using "Freeform Text" from a file on my computer because I get an error regarding my hard drive; the files were removed because of security reasons. Am I the only one unable to paste from a file? Thanks."

Duplicate membership listings.
: "Just recently approved a membership, it shows the exact same member as joining twice; same email address, joined same time and date. This happened 2 times today, so now I am showing two more membersbecause their names are listed twice, everywhere on the site. I am the only manager that this has or is happening to?
