!!! Groupsite Update settings. manager and owner perimisions

I noticed that GroupSite Update is also visable for group managers.
So every manager on my groupsite could update setings useing already antered information of credit card, which is not his own.
I would like my groups site managers not to be able to use my credit card.
I see two options:

Subgroup Side Bar Modules?
: "Is it not possible to add a module to the main page of a subgroup? I would really like to be able to "highlight" discussion topics on a side bar, so that they do not become "lost" after they are no longer active. We publish how to videos in subgroups, and they are not necessarily active topics, but we would like newbies to know they are there.

File Cabinet Question
: "If I upload something to the filecabinet as a group, or subgroup administrator, can anyone who has view rights to the file cabinet come behind me and delete the file? or is deletion limited to group/subgroup admins?"
