Upgrade Now Link displayed for non-managers?

Create An HTML (Active) "Name" Of Group Slot
: "At many other networks.. they allow a few of their Profile slots and group name slots to become an active HTML or "image reference" instead of the typical "text" format.
As Seen Here:

Disable Profile Info Gathering??
: "Is there a way to stop all the profile information gathering. Our members will not care to add all that extra information to get to the 100% level.. It would be better if not all of that information is needed."
