Moving entire subfolders, instead of individual files

Multiple Groupsites with common members need a Filter for Recommendations& or Endorsements- Keeping it all Relevant
: "I found out that a recommendation ( or is it Endorsements ?) of an Individual in one Groupsite carries thru with that member to another Groupsite that they are a member.If the Subject and Focus of the 2 nd Groupsite is different this should not happen automatically but rather by another mechanism. Export File Cabinet

Unless I'm missing a trick I don't think this is in Groupsite yet.
I'd like to be able to report on the current contents of the file cabinet, is this possible?
XML / HTML export or just an expand all view on the file cabinet page itself would do.
