Which sub-groups are included in the notification e-mail
: "Hi - I'm trying to get my head around the notifications people receive when there's lots of public subgroups. Ideally I'd like it if people receive activity notifications only for the sub-groups they are a member of.
It seems like some people are getting notified of activities that happens in public sub-groups whether they are a member or not.."
