I have to be missing something here...

Usability request with menu
: "I do a lot of training for my GroupSite users and one thing I find that confuses new users is the way the menus work. When you hover over a menu you can see everything listed vertically which is great. But when you click something in that menu those menu options move to a horizontal list under the first menu.
