"Shared Links" module disappears

When a member clicks on "add link" on the "Shared Links" module on the home page, the entire module disappears. I tested this and found that it doesn't occur when I'm signed in under my "manager" profile, but does when I'm signed in as a regular member with no special privileges. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!!"
